Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mama Mane, we want you to love your purchase.

If your item isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on eligible full-priced items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

How to Start a Return

To request an exchange or store credit, please submit your return through our Easy Returns Portal.

The Easy Returns Portal can be found in the main menu of our website, or accessed directly via the link below:

If you experience any issues accessing the portal, please contact us at hello@mama-mane.com within 7 days of receiving your order or purchase and we will assist you directly.

Please note that submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval. All returns must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

• A return request must be submitted through our Easy Returns Portal, or contact made via email, within 7 days of receiving your order or purchasing in-store.

• Returned items must be received by Mama Mane within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, odours or any other signs of wear.

We recommend trying your garments on as soon as possible after receiving your order. If the fit isn’t right, please contact us immediately so we can assist within the return timeframe.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.

Mama Mane will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you within Australia.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size, colour or style is unavailable, a store credit may be issued instead.

Store Credits

Where approved, store credits may be issued instead of an exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order was purchased using Afterpay or another third-party payment provider, any store credit issued may be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Mama Mane.

Store credits are issued electronically.

Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or used to purchase promotional gift cards.

Store credits do not expire.

Sale, Clearance & Promotional Items

Please choose carefully.

All Sale items, Clearance items, Warehouse Sale items, Promotional items, Final Sale items, Mystery Bundles, Pre-Orders, Limited Release promotions, Custom Orders and Discounted items are considered FINAL SALE.

These items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credits for change of mind, incorrect sizing, change of preference or any other reason.

This policy applies to all Promotional events, Seasonal Sales, Warehouse Sales, Clearance events and items marked Final Sale.

Items may only be returned if deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Market & Studio Purchases

The same return policy applies to purchases made online, at markets and within the Mama Mane studio.

Customers must submit a return request or make contact within 7 days of purchase and ensure returned items are received within 30 days of purchase.

Inability to attend a particular market, event or studio opening does not extend return timeframes.

Faulty Items

We take great care in inspecting every garment before it leaves our studio.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@mama-mane.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs where possible.

Where an item is deemed faulty, Mama Mane will meet its obligations under Australian Consumer Law and may offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect garment care, general fabric characteristics, or issues clearly disclosed prior to purchase are not considered faults.

Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, all jewellery purchases are final sale.

Jewellery items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credits for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference.

Jewellery may only be returned if deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
