All orders are packed and dispatched from Busselton, Western Australia using Australia Post.

Australian Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

• Express Shipping: $15
• Free Standard Shipping on eligible Australian orders over $200

Free shipping eligibility is calculated after any discounts, promotional offers, store credits or discount codes have been applied to the order.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer shipping throughout New Zealand.

Local Pickup

Free Local Pickup is available where offered at checkout.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted with pickup details.

Please do not attend collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Express orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day where possible.

During promotional periods, warehouse sales, public holidays, seasonal events and peak shopping periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather events, transport disruptions, public holidays and peak shipping periods.

Shipping Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Mama Mane cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address details may be the responsibility of the customer.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to local customs requirements, duties, taxes or import charges.

Any duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by Australia Post, delivery is managed by Australia Post.

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend first contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

Force Majeure

Mama Mane will not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such delays or failures result from events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Telecommunications or technology outages
• Public health emergencies
• Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
