At Mama Mane, we don't simply grade up from straight-size patterns.
Our curve sizing and customised grading system has been developed specifically for curvy bodies and is unique to Mama Mane.
Built from years of experience dressing, fitting and listening to curvy women, our sizing takes into consideration the way bodies carry shape differently through the bust, back, tummy, hips, thighs and bottom.
Every size has been thoughtfully graded to create better balance, comfort and proportion across the entire garment.
DESIGNED BY A CURVY WOMAN
Mama Mane was created because I couldn't find clothing that truly understood my body.
As a woman with fuller hips, thighs and curves, I was constantly finding garments that fit one area but not another.
That lived experience became the foundation of Mama Mane and continues to influence every collection we create today.
THE MAMA MANE FIT
Many Mama Mane styles are designed with the understanding that curves don't stop at the bust or waist.
We know bodies carry shape differently through the bust, tummy, hips, thighs and bottom, which is why ease, movement and proportion are considered from the very beginning of our design process.
Our goal is to create clothing that feels feminine, comfortable and beautiful to wear, with room to move, sit, dance, play and live your life without restriction.

HOW TO MEASURE
Use a soft measuring tape and measure directly against your body.
For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring your bust, waist and hips and comparing them to our size chart.
GARMENT MEASUREMENTS
Each garment measurements can be found in the images of each product page. These measurements are based on the design and refer to the finished garment rather than body measurements.
We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own and love.
BETWEEN SIZES?
If you sit between two sizes, consider how you prefer your clothing to fit.
Many customers choose their size based on their largest measurement and then use the garment description to determine their preferred fit.
WHAT SIZE ARE OUR MODELS?
Each product page includes model sizing information wherever possible.
We recommend checking the product description to see the model's usual size, height and the size she is wearing.
