For returns, please contact us via email at mama-mane@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item. The item being returned must be in the same condition as received by the customer - tags still attached, clean and unworn.

We ship all orders from Busselton, Western Australia, using Australia Post.
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- A flat rate fee of $11 for all domestic orders
- A fee of $14 for all Express Post domestic orders.

Orders over $200 qualify for Free domestic shipping. Unless it is during our heavily discounted sales.
- During promotions some discount or shipping offers may not apply.
We also offer the following options to New Zealand:
- A flat rate of $15 for Standard Postage.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing and dispatch of all orders for standard postage.
All Express Postage will be dispatched within 24 hours.
During seasonal times and promotional events our shipping rates may vary - please read the fine print carefully.
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse we have no control or impact on any delays that may occur with Australia Post. A tracking email will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
We offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand, if you live outside of those areas please email us to arrange a custom order for you (Shipping will be on average $40 AU).
International Taxes & Duties:
Once your order has left Australia it may be subject to local customs policies which may cause delays. We take no responsibility for any charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receiver's end.
Delays:
During peak seasons (such as the Christmas season which usually starts mid-November to New Year), dispatch may take longer due to a high volume of orders.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping costs incurred by us due to incorrect address details provided.
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by Australia Post we cannot be responsible for the delivery.
